Hello everyone, Goran here, with the regular review of the happenings in Treta MFL Istok. The 2025/2026 season is in full swing and we already have clear outlines of who is fighting for what. At the top, Pobeda from Veles is relentless! With 47 points and only one defeat, they firmly hold the first position and show championship ambitions. Right behind them, Ovche Pole with 43 points is also having an excellent season, but Pobeda is currently a step ahead. Udarnik and Horizont are at a respectable distance, but with their 37 and 34 points, they are still in contention for high positions.
Unfortunately, our Malesh is in a difficult situation. With 10 points, we are currently in eighth place in the standings. Although not ideal, we must mention the last match against the leader Pobeda, where we lost by a narrow 2:3. This shows that we have the capacity to compete even with the best, but we lack a bit of luck and execution to convert good performances into points.
The fight for survival is fierce. Dojransko Ezero with 6 points and Rudar with only 2 points are in a very unenviable position, not to mention Svetlost with -5 points. We are above these teams, but we must not relax. It is necessary to collect points in every match to secure our position and avoid additional headaches towards the end of the season.
