Hey folks, Goran here, with the regular review of events in the Third MFL East! This 2025/2026 season is entering a hot phase, and while the situation at the top is pretty clear, at the bottom it's a real drama. Pobeda (V) is doing an excellent job, with a convincing 47 points and only one loss, it seems they're marching towards their goal. Ovche Pole is right there, with 43 points, but they're four points behind, which isn't a small gap. Udarnik and Horizont are third and fourth, with 37 and 34 points, and although they have good standings, it's unlikely they'll get involved in the fight for the top two positions.
While it's clear who dominates at the top, it's chaos at the bottom. Karbinci and Bregalnica 1926 are in a relatively safe zone, without much pressure from the top, but also far from the bottom. The real battle is being fought at the foot of the table. Dojransko Ezero with 6 points, Rudar with only 2 points, and Svetlost (Z) with an incredible -5 points, are in a truly unenviable position and will need a miracle to save themselves.
And where are we, our Malesh? Unfortunately, we are currently in eighth place with 10 points. Last weekend we showed our teeth against the leader Pobeda (V), losing narrowly 2:3, which is proof that we can compete, but points are what count. Honestly, the situation is not rosy. Ahead of us is Tiverija with 14 points, and behind us Dojransko Ezero with 6. We must start winning points immediately if we want to avoid being dragged into a real battle for survival. We have quality, but we also need results on the field!
